Default Extradition

Hi so happy I found this forum

I will call this person Mr. E for extradition.....

If Mr. E fled one state due to felony charges to another state..then got themselves into more trouble there....extradited back to Arizona...then allowed back to the second state under House Arrest for a year until the second state found witnesses...after the year Mr. E was told he will go back to Arizona to stand Trial...he did not know when or where..but a day before he was to go to Arizona they told him he was going

Does this make sense or am I being lied to?

Typically if a person waives extradition, the authorities can pick that person up anytime. If the person does not waive and a governor's warrant is required, it can be served with no notice. Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.

I may have misunderstood your question then. If they waive extradiction that means the person willingly will go back to the state that wants the person.
