I didn't know I wasn't supposed to get the title loan until the lady called me and asked me how I got my title if I still owed on my car. She quickly sold the title loan to another title loan place (where I borrowed even more $) she told me not to tell them I am still paying on my car. I am wondering if this is to my advantage.....somehow??

My oldest son who is 4 is not here ALL day-- he is in school and doesnt come home until about 8:00 at night when his father picks him up. So it is usually just me and my 2 year old-- who makes some noise but not that much.we had a verbal agreement and his words were " you can make as much noise as you want from 9 in the morning until 9 at night i dont care just give me the weekend".so thats what we did. He has FORCED us out of our bedroom because thats where the music is which sounds like a huge speaker is right in the room..he has banged on our door to where screws were coming out of our locks.. he has made threats to my family-- he claims he has guns.. we have called the police plenty of times who has done NOTHING... we have made 5 or 6 noise complaints in the past month. the landlord--who is this mans FATHER-- says nothing can be done. I knowww that he can evict him but he doesn't want to because it is his son. We have recordings of the date and time of the music-but i got fed up with keeping track of it all. I was wondering what can be done? Can I file a housing discrimination form??

I was reading it and it says i can based on the factor that I have children under the age of 18 in the home..also if i do what will happen? I do have section 8-is there anything they can do? and is there any legal steps i can take?

I am so unhappy being here- our lease ends in july-- and even though i would like to just ignore all of it- I can't, it is so very stressful and i feel like i am about to burst. i just cant take it anymore. They recently garnished my wife & my bank account. The credit card was put in my name only. If my wife opens a bank account, can the garnish her account when the judgment is in my name only?

Is it considered community property debt, which would allow the company to still garnish her account as we were married? Even if she was not named in the judgment?

My attorney thinks probable not, but he's not 100% sure either.
