Over 10 years ago, I pled guilty (on the advice of a lawyer) to a charge of selling alcohol to a minor and was given bench probation. This is the only conviction or charge ever on my record. What can I do to get this expunged (and can I )?

I was working a part time job in a convenience store, a minor came in with a fake ID (part of a police string) and I got stuck. Officer refused to let me see the ID agaiin afterI was charged and I swear it stated the person was of legal drinking age. Although it would have just been my word against the officer in court.
