Default Executor Fraud

If an executor of a will, in Alabama, hides assets from the heirs, is this a criminal matter?

Whether or not someone will be prosecuted for fraud in a criminal sense is generally up to the district attorney. If you believe fraud has occured, I suggest you contact an attorney to discuss the legal options.
