Nothing can be guaranteed, but experience would suggest that typically a judge is going to be likely to allow her to collect on at least a portion of the debt that was yours that she transferred (what was yours going in would be yours going out). However, when couples live together as if married (co-mingling funds and expenses), courts typically find that the day to day purchases don't suddenly become loans or liabilities just because they break up.
