Default Eviction for my sister trespassing

My landlord gave me a notice to leave because after my sister was put on the ban list I let her back in the building.I let my sister in the building alot after she was banned and the police saw us on the cameras and reported it to my landlord. She stated in the notice that I knew about my sister being on the ban list and she told me my sister was on the ban list. This is not true, she never told me about my sister being on the ban list. She also never gave me a warning about my sister being placed on the ban list, nor did she give me proper warning about me violating my lease.

Also, my sister told me before she could be put on the ban list the landlord was supposed to send me a letter about my sister and let me tell her to leave and never come back or she will be placed on the ban list.If the landlord did it this way but I didn't listen then my sister could of been bannd. The landlord didn't do it this way.
If what my sister said is true where can I find this information in the law?
Another thing is my sister didn't do anything wrong.I gave her the keys to my house so she can keep up with it and pay my bills.I was in jail but she had my permission to be in my apartment. The police came and kicked her out and took my keys and said she was criminal trespassing. Also, they actually went all the way in my apartment without a warrant to get her.

My sister also filed a grievance againt being put on the ban list because she had every legal right to look after my apartment but the housing authority never gave her a greivance meeting, they just threw her on the ban list.

My landlord gave me a notice to leave between now and early July. She said if I don't leave I'm going to eviction court.
I filed a greivance against the eviction and also filed it so I can get a meeting to come to an agreement about my violation.
What should I do to prepare for the greivance meeting, what else should I do to protect myself and know my rights?

Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
