Default estate/will

Step father passed away will had clause if contested the person contesting would loose person hired a estate lawyer which continues to demand receipts for pass bills concern of the person is the assets that where suppose to go to them where used to pay bills. To date this have been proven false with plenty of documentation. Does the estate lawyer have to abide by the will's directions? What can we do to get this pursistence monkey off our backs and put this to rest?
