I guess my question is, if my actual Employment Agreement was breached by them, I shouldn't be held responsible for additional hours if I'm already not going to be employed with them, am I right or wrong?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, because I'm really sick of thinking about this.

Hi:
Let me re-phrase you're question. "employer breached an employment contract, what are my rights?"
I am not so sure you're employer breached based on the post. As a general rule, where the employer breaches an employment contract you have the right to quit and sue for damages. You have the duty to seek comparable employment i.e. you do not have to take just any job.
If the contract was for a definite period, you can wait until the end of the period and sue for lost wages for that period. Of course, anything you make in another job will be deducted.
On the other hand, you can bring action at any time but you cannot sue for anticipated wages only actual lost wages are allowed.
Caviat: the above are only very basic general rights. You would have to give you're attorney more detail in order for him/her to make a determination.
Thanks and good luck,
