Default Employer taking excessive time to send CS to OAG

My ex's employee is not consistent in sending payment to OAG. Her wages are garnished though a cs agreement in which OAG tracks but does not enforce. OAG states on their website two business days is standard for child support agreements they enforce. Would the same apply for general cs agreement? What can I do to get the employer to be consistent so it does not burden my child financially?

Default Hmm

How much time are we talking? One day? Two days? Two weeks? Are you positive that it is the employer and not the post office? Are you positive that it is the employer and not the Attorney General? Rita M. Boyd Attorney
