In this tough economy, employers are watching their costs. One way is having current employees work more hours at the same "salary." However, salaried employees, in most cases, are still entitled to overtime. There are law firms actively seeking these employees to sue and there are special penalties at stake. So, be careful if your employees are working more then 40 hours per week (or you do not track time).
