Default Emergency Unemployment Insurance Extention

[FONT="Verdana"] I just received an answer, after asking, that my unemployment will not be extended through November! I will enclude the email that I received from California EDD.
" My Question
You wrote us the following:
The EUI extension is confusing to me. I am asking a simple question. Do I qualify for the present extension? What will be the cutoff date for my claim now? I am searching for employment and have never seen it so hard to find work. Please assist me with this information as it will be greatly appreciated.

"Here is our reply:
Mr. Starling The extension you are getting benefits, will be exhausted on the next claim that will be paid, for 2we 090410, then after the next ext. will be file "
This is the quality of employees working for EDD! That was a copy and paste the typos are just as I received them.
Since the EDD couldn't explain this simple question perhaps one of you good people could.

Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
