A very elderly woman (she has no family) signed over the deed to her home to her neighbors. She did not know what she was signing. When she found out she went to a lawyer to help her get her property back and a quit claim deed was used to accomplish this. Has a fraud been committed or is this not considered a crime because it has been rectified? Should some agency or law enforcement have been notified?
