Does the state or local school district have ultimate legal control over the disposition and use of public school property? What are important areas of day-to-day school operations that are controlled by state education agencies rather than by the local school district? What are some issues in your district that the law does not cover yet? If all issues are covered discuss how the legal system anticipates future issues.
