i was going 53 in a 35, blew a .138 and a .144

also found out, surprise! my license is suspended. spent the night in jail.

i had a misdemeanor once before for i think it was criminal mischief? that was dropped.
a guy pushed me into a car and the rear view mirror broke, the owner said i broke it. this case was dropped.

any idea what i can expect? i'm seeing a lawyer monday.

You can expect your licence to be revoked for at least a year and be charged with a DUI. As for what the court will require that is up to the judge; they are cracking down on DUIs, but I don't think you'll need to do 30-90 days in the county jail. I'd get a attorney to handle your case.
