I recently got a dui, i went to court once and they told me to come back in 2 days to see if the prosecuter would file charges. I went back 2 days later and the judge stated that the ticket was not filed in time and that i was free to go and that my bond was exhonerated. DOes this meen the case was dismissed? And if not, is there any forms i can fill out to dismiss any charges with prejudice?
