I was wondering if someone knew what I should do in this situation? I am looking at getting a nannying job for a family with 4 children. The family wants me to drive their children to school and around for appts. and stuff. I was wondering what I need to do to protect myself in case of an accident with them in the car. Do I need to get special insurance or is there a form I need them to fill out and sign stating that they won't sue me for everything I have if this were to happen?
