judge said the crime of domestic violence had occurred. judge ordered the man involved to live in the house that I have a warranty deed for-in my name. judge ordered me to live at my daughter's house. the man is using all my things and my house plus i am paying the utilities. i don't have money for a lawyer due to the sudden death of my mother. what paper can i file in the county court house to get this unrelated man out of my house and myself back into my house?
