Default Does reconciliation invalidate marital separation agreement?

My husband and I signed a marital separation agreement in May 2004. In November 2004 I moved back in with him. We have since separated again and I am currently looking for another place to live. An attorney told me that this invalidates our separation agreement. Also I was hospitalized in a psychiatric ward just prior to signing the agreement. A separate attorney told me that this made me lack the legal capacity to sign such an agreement as per contract law.
