After a long hard labor I ended up having an emergency c-section 3 months ago. When in the operating room I decided to have a tubal and the doctor hesitantly ok'd the procedure and performed it after the birth. Now I would consider having another child but can't because I had this done. Now I hear that there should have been some sort of a grace period between the time deciding to get a tubal and getting one done (20 days?). Please respond if I have any legal course. Thanks!
