Unhappy Discrimination and Retaliation

Being terminated to work without any notices, I did not even know I would be fired.
I fill up the application to work as a chashier at this company one of the leading super store in US. They put me at the cash register and having only chance to work for 20hours a week. Later on within one week work as a cashier the very next week after that I was asking to come early morning to come to work which was not on my regular schedule. But gladely I came to work to earn more hours. Start from there I was being scheduled to work Monday to Friday 40hours a week.
I asked the personnel/store manager for short private meeting at his office if I had bad perfomance to work at the cash register, the answer was " Not at all " he answered that the store need the new team on the sale floor and they need me to be in that team.
Start from there I have been train to do certain work most likely to do the research, replenishment,merchandise,stockist,stuffing, zoning, and supervised by 4 different supervisor each diiferent day. The work which all the time keep me rolling within 8 hours each day on the sale floor.
I did not having problem with the type of work that I have been doing. And I believe would not be a problem as well for other to handle this kind of job. Any thing what I have to do just to walk at the sale floor with a Potable Data Terminal (PDTs) log in the system Radio Frequency Unit (RFU) and start scanning, reseaching, recounting the products in the store and shourt out the products and those need to be done at some certain required time. I had been doing it accordingly as required. The rest of the time left over I would be asking to push the batch from the stock room to the sale floor to stuffed the shelfes in the store.
By describe those kind of work you may see the work would not much seen to be difficult or to strugle one to compleete the work. On my level in my training seasion of short periode I did not find any of the difficulity to do those kind of work, I may say it all easy work for me. And I would always willing to learn more of any thing I need to know to improve my working perfomence.
But I feel frustrate have been giving problems by one or two supervisors which were treat me different,discrimination,disrespect, finger point to have me come closer toward her.
At time I was being refused for asking my 15 minutes break after the first 3 and half hours duration of working. There were two ladie supervisors and both of them were not friendly but rood.
One of them just receive promotion became a supervisor and giving a hard time for me to work and humiliatiation, I realize some time she did not realy know what she was telling me to do for certain work unless I told her if the other supervisor was telling me differently way to compleete the work. She told me not to do this and that in inapropriate way. And evry time she turn arround she told me making more impression by her words that she was my boss the only one would tell me to do so. She seem dislike me, she was more well behave and nice to comunicate with other than me. I had been try to always to associate with all others co-worker making my space and working enviorentment to be confortable to work for me. But I did not get the chance that I could build better interactive with her since she always being rood to me and showing no respect. I knew she was my boss and paid my respect toward her and expecting the same way back to me but none.
She has much more credit time at work than me, and having chance to fail me since my working review would be base only by her report. She keep continue treat me differently, until the point I could not take it any more and asking her to please excuse me and stop treat me bad. At the earlier time before it I received those kind of attitude and I encourage my self by asking her if I have done some thing wrong she shall have let me know, but she told me every thing were fine and great. Later on I figure out she was making an issue about me. One day at time I was being send home earlier from my regular schedule just after the moment I dare to to ask her : "please excuse me why you keep treat me bad? what is your problem?" and imediately she called the executive team leader to meet us at the training room. But he was not to bee seen for me could help solving the problem since he would never see any thing wrong on her behalf but me and send me home early.

There was an issue going on at that moment but I could not figure it out what it could be. Some time I belive she might be put the threathened to quit job.
I was feeling so desperate cannot establish good interactive and being discrimnited at my work with not doubt in my mind there would be no further chance for me to keep my job. And it finnaly happen that way, the manager ask me to come to his office for short meeting and he pull all the review to notified me poor in my work performance, my working productivity progress were not reach the standart, slow in my space, and to be told was having problem fail to follow any conduct from all four suppervisor and the whole entire failures on my behalf during my training seison. Base of those colective reasons I was asking to choice to voluntary terminate the work or Involuntary.
I could only tell those colective reason were not true .I did not fail at my work that I responsible, I always performence my work at the most and compleete it, I always meet the time requiered to finish the work. I don not having problem with all 4 of the supervisor, but two of them were bad and conduct me in appropriatly way.

I experience at this company to be discrimination,retaliation,rasistme, and humiliating.
A day later they call me to come to meet with them and the interpreter for the last hearing for the reason why I was being involuntary terminate to work.

I decide to come to meet them even it in covinient for my feeling being faired but for me once again have to meet them in their office but my husband encourage me just to come there and hear to what they have to say.After all the last only thing I just said to them "providing an interpreter to clarified reason why being involuntary terminate the work it have making me understand more to open one case with the Labor Board againts them taking my right to have my work".
