Diablo3 RMAH, Blizzard video game
Hello, I'm wondering if anyone here is familiar with Blizzard Entertainment (video game developer) and if they are aware that Blizzard is planning on introducing a "Real Money Auction House" (RMAH) in an upcoming release, Diablo 3. in which players will be able to utilize a fully Blizzard owned service to buy and sell in game virtual items for real money?
My question is what rights, if any, are being created/transferred/modified by the introduction of a system where virtual items fully owned by Blizzard and subject to Blizzard terms of use are being bought and sold for real money with blizzards consent/approval by Blizzards customers?
Even if you don't know the answer perhaps someone here can direct me to some resource where i can find more information on this subject.
Thanks for your time.
