I have a tricky question. I have a design theme. Using the them I create 10-12 original variations of the design. Each design is different and original. Is there anyway to protect all the designs with one copyright or does each design have to be protected on it's own?

Also, It's my understanding that letters and fonts cannot have a copyright. My design includes letters and a visual image. Will only my exact design be protected or is there anyway to get full concept copyrighted, so someone can't simply change the font, color, or variation of the visual image.
