I recently had some cosmetic dental work done. When it started 4 months ago I was quoted a price over the phone and have since completed all payments. On a recent visit they informed me that they did not include all the services in the price and that I was now required to pay more. I told them I would not have started the work if I had known that because I could not afford it. Am I required to pay for their negligence?
