Dell Financial Services
I am interested in learning more about possible legal recourse against Dell Financial Services relating particulalry to harrassing collections calls. I am a client of Dell's and pay my bill in good standing. However, monthly I receive up to thirty calls each morning from Dell Financial Services. Granted, our bill is due on the first of the month and I always pay by the fifteenth. I don't dispute the right of Dell Financial Services to call to collect, but the method of multiple calls within minutes of each other surely is harrassment.
