Angry Definition of Normal Course of Business

I have asked several lawyers and have not gotten a straight answer on this. Family courts ordered business and personal assets not to be disposed of unless in the "normal course of business". One family member has sold himself the property which was the largest asset the business had and has set up his own leasing co. and leasing the heavy equipment from himself.
How can they do this and it be considered 'in the normal course of business"? also what is the best way to handle this after family law case is heard (if they do nothing about it)? Civil court?
Thanks,
Kitty

If you've received a bunch of different answers, it may be that this is a complicated question that doesn't have a clear cut answer. What is considerd the "normal course of business" usually requires a review of highly fact-specific information. I do suggest you consider hiring an attorney to assist you. Good luck!
