my question is:
I am burdened with court-appointed representation and Im wondering if it is necessary to qualify my acceptance so as to proceed sui juris as the primary interest holder in all property,registered and unregistered,corporeal and incorporeal belonging to the defendant,when I make my next appearance on probation violation.
My question also concerns the issue of whether or not the secured parties appearance instead of defendant would cause an arrest for FTA by the defendant.
