WE CURRENTLY HAVE A LOAN THRU GREENTREE FINANCE FOR A MOBILE HOME PURCHASE. WE WANT TO BUY A HOME BUT WE CANNOT SELL OUR MOBILE HOME. HOW BAD WOULD IT HURT OUR CREDIT IF AFTER WE CLOSE ON THE HOUSE WE LET GREENTREE REPO THE TRAILER. WHAT WOULD BE THE WORST CASE CINEREO. WE FILED BANKRUPTCY 5 YEARS AGO COULD IT BE A POSSIBILTY TO REOPEN AND PUT THE TRAILER IN. OUR FAMILY OF 5 IS TO SMALL FOR THIS TRAILER AND WE HAVE BEEN APPROVED FOR A MORTGAGE LOAN.
