We have a family run corporation with the eldest family member being the majority shareholder. After years of bizarre, unexplainable, irrational, detrimental and inexcusably CRAZY financial/business/personal decisions, I believe it is time to have this person declared incompetent as the mere existence of this corporation is literally hanging on by a thread. The checkbook and business decisions MUST be passed on to the next generation who is rational, highly educated, and very competent.
