If you can no longer pay your full payment or the debt goes to collection and it is small claims not secured wht is the minimum you have to pay to keep it out of court. I also have a court case against me for $1600.oo I have the money but no attorney. Should I call the busniness and offer to settle if they will drop the case and pay court cost?
