Greetings I am hope this is the right forum to post my question. I live in Michigan and have built an item I would like to sell on the net in places like Ebay Yahoo…ect. My problem is this “Dangerous? Toy” for “responsible adults” is run off of VERY high voltage (like Television sets) but perfectly safe as long as some one doesn’t open it up and start digging around in there. Obviously there would be many warning stickers and safety warnings and proper uses of the item. My question is: How do I protect myself from some one who just can’t resist opening up something and digging around to see how it works? I don’t want to get sued because some idiot stuck a fork in a light socket when he knew he could get electrocuted from the item I built.
