Default Custody Question

Hello, I live in canada british columbia and this seems to be for america but maybe you can still help me!

I am 15 years old and I live with my mother. My motherad father were never married but split up when I was 2. They live in 2 different cities. I wantto know at what age can I choose to live with my father and not be told I cant by my mother.

US law is completely different from Canadian law. Sorry, I am not familiar with Canadian law.
