My sister's ex picked up their daughter a year ago for visitation. A week later my sister got news that she was being accused of bad stuff and the baby's father was not going to giv the child back to my sister.He has kept her this whole time and refuses to give her back. After being proved innocent, my sister anxiously awaits the court date to regain partial custody of her daughter. However, each time its time for the court date, the baby's daddy's attorny calls it off saying shes sick. What can my sister do to get around these delays that his lawyer keeps doing? It been over a year and my sister wants her daughter back. Please help! Need advice soon.
