Tried to get neighbor to take shooting to back of property in civil suit..lost; neighbor testifying on his behalf now accussing me of trying to run him off the road in his hummer ,mine a little sunfire,,who would win???????? so now I go down the road and get accused of trying to run a hummer off the road??????????

What exactly is your question here? A civil suit is not a criminal trial and does not bring on criminal charges.
