Default criminal made guardian

I witnessed somethings that very strongly indicated that a person was committing a large number of felonies. The person was behaving very arrogantly as if she thought she could get away with commiting crimes. I brought this matter to the attention of some of the police of Euclid, Ohio, United States of America to help get the person under control. Very strangely intsead of me ever seeing them taking a written report from me about the crimes, they took me in and made the person I reported the crimes about my guardian. Obviously that was a stupid thing to do to make the criminal the guardian, and the person is attempting to misuse the position to get me to deliberately lie and/or mislead people to cover up for the crimes she committed. In the process I was denied legal representaion of my own choosing. They did not hear forensic testimony. They did not hear our expert testimony and they did not go thru discovery.

So this concerns me not only personally, but I am concerned that such a type of thing be happening in my country.

Sincerely,

Rev. Cleveland

Before we get to most of that, can you explain to us under what circumstances you are under guardianship? Are you a minor/child, or are you an adult that a court has deemed in need of a guardian?

Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
