If you are being harassed by creditors do not simply ignore them or hide from them. GO on the offense and let us attack them for you. Secretly record the harassing phone calls and make sure they identify themselves. Most states allow an exception to the Federal Wiretapping Act if you are a party to the telephone conversation. (Excluding Maryland). Therefore, no need to tell them you are recording. Through the years I have practiced law, I have heard horrific phone calls to debtors. LET me sue them in FEDERAL COURT under the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collections Practices Act). I have been a practicing atty for over 16 years and am licensed in Alabama, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
You may very well owe the debt but for unforeseen circumstance you could not pay and have received threatening phone calls from the creditor or their 'strong arm'. You are protected under federal and state law from these harassment techniques.
If you live in Alabama, Rhode Island or Massachusetts and have been receiving threatening outrageous phone calls or other actions toward you due to a debt you owe, please call me today. My firm would handle these cases strictly on a contingency fee basis and would only be paid (1/3 of the recovery) if and when we obtained money on your behalf. All costs of litigation would be advanced by us until the conclusion of the case. We do ask that the client be responsible only for the upfront cost of the filing fee in federal court if we elect to take your case. You would receive all court filed documents and communications on your case. DO NOT LET THESE CREDITORS DESTROY YOUR HAPPINESS. Lets sue them in federal court.................
