what does it mean when you have a judgement against you for a credit card that you haven't paid on for over a year, once the card company gets a judgement against you what happens, do they place a lein on your property or what, please help

Once they've got a judgement, they can pursue collection action which might include leins against property, seizure of bank accounts, or garnishment of wages.

I got a judgement over a year ago for not paying on a credit card. If you want you can get a lawyer to contend the judgement, if not the judge will rule in their favor and they will take garnishments from your paycheck.
