My hubyy had a cc. in his name. used little by him. I was not authorized. times got rough I used it 99% of time to pay bills etc. He ws cut back to 32 hrs per week I was no longer working. We are in a repayment plan for our home to avoid foreclosure. our elec water and gas have all been turned off at one point. I offered to pay the cc company &/or the collection agency 100.00 per mont as thats all we could afford. we heard nothing. Now An officer came to the door with papers. IT DID NOT state I had to show up in court only send a letter Im not sure I understand. I tried to make payment arrangements. can they do this. By the way I am working part time now. What do I do. and will I get in trouble for using the card under I did give MY name not his when I used it. I was not an authorized user. would this be the credit card companys problem. or will I go to jail. and what about the money owed. I did offer to pay them slowly until I was working full time and then make other arrangements. thanks Floey
