Cps
My son and daughter in law had CPS called on them (everything turned out fine) but they somehow get it into their heads that THREE people have to make a complain to CPS in order for them to do an investigation. Because of that, they aren't speaking to us or letting us see our newborn grandson, because " who else could it possibly be if we weren't one of the three?"These are their words. I would just like some legal proof that it only takes one statement for DHS or CPS to get involved. Any knowledge on this subject would be GREATLY appreciated!
Thanks!
