I work for a small company, under 100 employees. Uniforms are not required. There is going to be a celebration/party for a coworker who has been with the company fo 60 years. If the company makes tshirts with the face of the employee on it, can they force all other coworkers to wear it? And what if one of the coworkers claims that doing so is religious harassment, in violation of their Christian and Biblical belief of idol worship as they only believe in God and Jesus Christ? Is the company really opening itself for religious harassment by doing so?
