Covert Community Investigations. Gang Stalking.

I am writing to find out more about community investigations. It recently came out in several U.K. papers that people had been placed under investigations for simple things like littering and anti-social behaviors.

The types of investigations they had been placed under involved using R.I.P.A. laws to spy on them. When I say spy on them, I mean they had what are called, covert human intelligence sources, community spies, following people around, they had these people's phones, tapped, used CCTV camera on them and opened mail and email. Some of these investigations went on for months.

The reason that I bring this up, is because I am trying to find out information on these types of investigations, and what can be done. I am wondering if a person suspects that they are under this sort of covert investigation what can they do? Many have tried private investigators or find that lawyers want them to gather the proof before taking the case.

I am looking for answers for a couple of places. Since the information came out in the U.K. there are several organizations that have a better handle of what is happening, but in the United States and Canada, and other countries the media has not come out with as much information.

What can targets of these investigations do?

In many cases there is information coming out the these countries might be using secret databases where the clients can not use the usual F.O.I.A. requests to access the information.

The privacy commissioner of Canada came out with such a report, and the ACLU came out with a similar report about American Fusion Centers, and information being stored in secret databases, that the public can not access.

I happen to know for a fact that West Publishing has huge government contracts and maintains such databases of personal information on private citizens and has been compiling such information since at least the mid-90's. They employ Infraguard agents, who are charged with collecting personal information that is entered into these databases and they can pretty much say whatever they want about anyone.

One Infraguard agent troublemaker on my floor said she used to always get caught when she was a kid trying to do something, but that has all changed now...

Do an FOIA request to this PRIVATE Company. They have a private armed security force, and hire actors. One of their employees is out in the field posing as a neighbor to a target right now. He is listed as a full time employee but poses as an doddering retiree who covertly threatens his full-time target out in the community.

The police and sheriffs and fire department personnel know all about these crimes and are involved. They park backscatter vans outside targets houses too.

Don't expect any of this to make the news, they also own Reuters.

I am sure if you inquire it will be denied due to "privacy concerns" that is the language of the true scoundrel. This is the layer of plausible deniability.

They target retirees whose pension systems are broke too. They killed my grandpa (AFLCIO) and are now after my mother (AFSCME).

Here is some advice, if you retire with a good pension, leave the country!
