Can someone please ease my mind..I was ordered to pay my daughters daddy's attorney fees of $3000/ I have custody of my daughter however I was court ordered and have NOT done so..his attorney has subponed (sp) me into court for a rule to show cause..if I go to court and don't have the money to pay him are they going to lock me up? how can I get out of paying these fees? My mom says they can't lock me up because of a bill however it was court ordered! Anyone help me here PLEASE????
