I have met every requirement to have my PMI removed from my
account. they demand I pay $310 to LANDSAFE Apprasels they
are a countrywide company - I requested that they pick a non-biased
apprasel service and I would pay upto $350 for an independant opinion
of the houses worth... it's a no brainer..
the original appraisal was $110 2 yrs ago.. MY loan is 80K and I owe 73K
and the tax man says its worth 158K...

what should I do - fold or go to court. this is just wrong...
imagine going in front of a judge who son in law is the prosecutor...
its just not right... period....

I would speak with an attorney. I don't know what you mean by going in front of a judge who's son in law is a prosecutor.
