My 25 year old fiance is providing marajuana to a 17yr old. I have a 3 year old and need to know what the law says about this before i confront him.

The law says that possession is illegal. Giving or selling it is illegal. Giving or selling it to a minor carries additional criminal penalties. And you being around (especially if living with) someone who gets convicted of something like this could impact YOU in that it opens the door for the system to look at YOU for possible endangerment of YOUR child.

Kids and drugs don't mix; so it may be time to make some hard decisions, before a court starts making some on behalf of the child which might remove your child from your care. I'm not saying that it is PROBABLE, only that it is POSSIBLE, and that children have been removed for less. That's a danger best avoided ASAP.
