Does anyone know if a temporary support order that was not signed by myself or my attorney due to questions on his attorney's wording of the meaning from the judge to be valid? A final settlement was reached in July and he is suing on contempt of the temp order. Can this be done or is the temp order not valid due to us not signing or void due to final settlement?
