I am recently divorced from a military officer.. He was ordered to pay 500 a month in alimony starting April 2011.. He has been making partial pmts and now hasn't made the one for October.. I have utilized all resources involving the military to no avail and my attorney is a total ass and seems to think he isn't in arrears enough to issue a contempt of court order.. I have been told that I can file a motion of contempt and request garnishment of wages by a clerk at the court, but am having a diffiicult time finding a blank form for the state of Alabama to file a motion for contempt.. Anyone have any suggestions, PLEASE...
