Question for the legal eagles out there. In New mexico, if you have a consignor/consignee relationship, I would assume a fiduciary duty exists. Does that include full disclosure from the consignee to the consignor. ie. bills of sale, copies of checks for items sold? etc...??

Either cosigner or cosignee should be able to access the information. Have you contacted the lender?
