I am not sure if this would fall into this category. I live in a condo and pay condo fees to the association. For the past three years I have had numerous problems getting the snow removed off of my parking space. I repeatedly have to call and write the assciation to complain only to have the same problem when it snows again. I want to know what my rights are if they are not properly removing the snow which is their responsibility. Can I charge them a fee for each day it is left after I filed complaint? Refuse to pay my condo fee?
