When I was younger my moher got into perscription drugs signed to her by a dirty pharmacist and although my father has sued him I'm wondering if it's possible that I can sue my mother. I'm sixteen now and when I was about four is when my mother got into a lot of bad stuff. Around the year 95.. I was born in 90 by the way but in 1995 my dad divorced my mother and recieved custody of us kids. Their were four of us all together. We ended up in an apartment on section 8 recieving foodstamps where as she sold all of our possetions. Later we ended up being able to see her under guidence of something I forget what it was called. It's all pretty hazy but I remember they got sued for some reason a while back. In any event about three years ago in 2003 my mother gained custody of one of my sisters although she lives off section 8 now I believe. She never paid custody for us children however when she was working. And I'm wondering if I could sue her or the state for never having a childhood and neglecting to pay child support? Thank you.
