Could a company name be suggestive of illegal activity? There is a "glass smoking pipe" store by me that calls themselves "420 peace ave". Could me and a friend start a company name that is literally anything? Could someone selling spray paints call their company "destroy other peoples property, inc"? Of course the name would be purely in dark humor and we'd have disclaimers pointing out its just a joke. Would that slide?
