Company installed defective equipment, damaged my vehicle twice
I had a local installer put in a remote start/keyless entry/alarm system on my vehicle. They worked for 4 hours, then told me they couldn't finish the job because the remote start was defective. They offered to let me pay, order a new unit, and they'd call when the new one came in. It did, they installed the new system, it still doesn't work properly. They refused to give me a refund. They also refused to repair the defect. I have accidentally managed to burn out two starters ($150 a pop), because the remote start system won't stop accidentally activating. I'm curious if I have a small claims case, or even what I can do from this point.
